Employment-Based Immigration 

We work with individuals and families pursuing U.S. lawful permanent residence for their spouses, children, parents, and other family members.  Our practice includes work authorization, naturalization, waivers, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Family Immigration 

We work with businesses to develop internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state-level requirements regarding employment eligibility, Forms I-9, and E-verify.  We help employers establish processes to minimize exposure to immigration enforcement.
