International entrepreneurs have a variety of immigration options available to them, both long and short-term, to establish startup companies in the U.S. While there is not yet a specific U.S. entrepreneur visa available, there are a number of visa options which allow international entrepreneurs to start and grow businesses in the U.S. The seminar will discuss the options to allow members of the international community to set up and begin working for their startups in the U.S., and identify immigration solutions for established employers looking to attract and retain highly-skilled foreign workers.
